The Valley Heights USD 498 District has many exciting areas of development.  The Foundation is one of those areas.  Not to be confused with the 40th Anniversary Committee, the Foundation is an entity of its own with a variety of avenues in which alumni and friends of the district can be a part.

HISTORY AND MISSION

The USD 498 Foundation was formed in the spring of 2000.  The Foundation includes a Board of Directors, the school superintendent, and an executive secretary.  The Foundation developed a presence in May 2006 as an office was established in downtown Waterville.

The purpose of the Foundation is to provide financial support to the USD 498 public school system.  This support is used to preserve, maintain, and enhance the public school education throughout the district.  The Foundation will accept and administer contributions of funds or property.
