Materials Needed for Class:

       3-ring notebook, 1" capacity
        5 dividers
        loose-leaf notebook paper
        pencil and eraser

      A TI-84 Plus graphing calculator will be checked out to students for use in class and at home. 

        Students will be responsible for care of the calculator.  Replacement cost is $100. 

        Prerequisite:    Core-Plus 2

This course will provide further advancement of mathematics in the areas of number sense, geometry, measurement, trigonometry, algebra, probability and statistics. 

The textbook used will be Contemporary Mathematics in Context Course 3.

All sophomores will take the State Math Assessment in the spring, as well as any junior who did not score proficient as a sophomore.
