Annual membership not only helps to maintain the Foundation and support the cause of students, it also includes membership benefits.
Becoming a Member
Becoming a member to the Foundation is easy.
1) Decide what level you wish to join at.
2) Click on the donation form link, print it off, and send it with your payment to: USD 498 Foundation, PO Box 10, Waterville, KS 66548
Levels
MEMBER - For $25 you can become a MEMBER of the Foundation.
PATRON - A $50 donation will qualify you for annual membership at the PATRON level.
VH SOCIETY - VH SOCIETY members are those people who wish to donate at the $100 and above level.
