“I think that we are definitely ready for the Christmas program that is on the 13th.” said Brady Trimble, Junior. The annual Jr. / Sr. High Christmas program is Wednesday, December 13th at 7pm at the High School.
“My favorite song that we play in band for the Christmas program is The Christmas song and I like this song because it’s one of the slower moving songs that we play and if we play it correctly it just relaxes you.” said Brady. “My favorite song we are playing in band is Winter Wonderland.” said Megan Gray, Junior. Vocal and band started to practice Christmas songs right after October.
Some of the songs that are being preformed are “God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen” and “Santa Clause is Coming to Town” by the band. The Choirs are singing “Baby it’s Cold Outside” and “Happy Holidays.” The Jr. High Choir wrote a new version of “Carol of the Bells.”
