BE WILLING TO LEARN. “If you are not willing to learn, no one can help you. If you are determined to learn no one can stop you.” This is a quote that inspires Ariel Celine Holle, daughter of Dennis and Nancy Holle, to set goals and strive to meet them. Ariel has been involved with vocal 2 years, and Art Club 4 years. Something most people may not know about her is that she is a contortionist, and has always been very flexible. Ariel plans to attend Highland Community College for 2 years before attending Emporia State to study psychology. She dreams of becoming a Special Education teacher someday.
When asked who influenced her the most, Ariel responded, “Mrs. Haefke… She taught me how to be myself, carry myself, and advocated for me when I felt I had no voice.” When Ariel leaves Valley Heights, she hopes her smile leaves an impact. “It doesn’t show very often but when it does it’s real, sincere, caring, and full of love and joy.”
