READY FOR THE NEXT CHAPTER: Connor James Buskirk, was born on July 17, 2007 to J.R. and Erica Buskirk. He’s a younger brother to Jeremy Neff II. Connor was born in Marietta, Ohio but has lived in Blue Rapids for 16 years.
Connor has been involved in Art , Vocal , Mustang Mentor, and Track 1 year. Connor's ideal Friday night plans include catching up on sleep, playing games while listening to music, or hanging out with his friends. Connor has a talent many people might not know about and it's that he can fluently play the guitar, he started learning his freshman year in Vocal and Guitar class. Connor's favorite song to play is “Blind” by Korn. He also has a collection of guitars like his 7 string, acoustic, 6 string, and bass but his favorite to play is the 7 string.
Connor's future plans after graduating high school are to start working in the TV and film industry and hopefully become a director or an actor one day. The people who have had the biggest impact on Connor's life, he says, would probably be his parents and teachers, because they are always willing to help with anything. His biggest accomplishment is getting close to finishing high school and making it to his senior year. In 10 years, Connor says he sees himself living anywhere but Kansas but he doesn't have anywhere specific in mind. Some advice Connor has for younger classmen is “Don't procrastinate, it will only make things more difficult and harder to get done.”
