SNOW, KEEP IT COMING. During the winter months every student crosses their fingers in hopes that school is called off for a snow day. On Monday everyone’s wishes came true. Seniors Lili Slifer and Kadence Pierson spent their snow day going sledding outside of Blue Rapids. Kadence mentioned, “It was the most fun I’ve ever had while sledding. We took the hood of an old car, put it on a tarp, and tied it to my brother’s four-wheeler.”  While others were outside enjoying the snow, senior Krista Porter had a more relaxed approach, she shared, “I stayed in my house, organized my room, and enjoyed the new season of Stranger Things.” As Christmas break approaches, all students are trying their best to get all of their work done and turned in on time, but still they’re secretly hoping that the days for the final tests are snowed out.
