REGIONAL VOLLEYBALL. Regional Volleyball took place on Monday, October 19 and the Lady Mustangs walked away from the evening having a 1-2 record with a loss against Rossville (15-25, 19 25), a win against St. Mary's (25-13, 25-15), and a loss against Mission Valley (16-25, 20-25). Unfortunately the Lady Mustangs season has come to an end, but there are still many things to be proud of. For example, Paige Miller reached a 2000 assist goal and the team placed 5th at the TVL tournament, which is often recognized as one of the hardest leagues in the state of Kansas. Senior Paige Miller stated, "While the outcome of the night was disappointing to the team, playing with this team one last time was meaningful. I am excited to watch the underclassmen grow over the next few years.” Sophomore Eleanor Toerber shared, "I was really proud to be able to play with the seniors one last time, especially my cousin, Paige Miller.” Even though the Lady Mustangs had their season cut short they still have many things to be proud of.
