The art department, under the direction of Kaci Smith, hosts the pre-schooler, pre-k, kindergarten, and second graders for an afternoon of creative fun at the high school. High school art students helped the elementary students with their creations. They had been given a four page notebook, flowers, stickers, stamps, and magazines that they could cut out to create unique and original designs on paper. Corban L’Ecuyer Jr. says, “I got to see my little brother which he really enjoyed and he was mostly playing/helping the children.” Mrs. Smith says “She loves how cute and adorable the young students are and it's refreshing to see how excited they are for the world.”
