EXPRESS AND IMPRESS “My favorite dance so far this year has been Emergency, when we danced at the football game against Centralia!” Says Co-Captain Tessa Miller. The Mustang Magic Drill Team gets up early every Monday and Thursday to come practice to put on well rehearsed and good halftime performances.
The team this year consists of eight girls total. “We all work very well together and have fun while learning new dances,” new dancer to the team this year, junior Delana Murk. “Last year we had quite a few seniors which helped out a lot with creating dances and just being good leaders. said Miller.
The next time you can catch the Mustang Magic Drill Team dancing is at the home game against Wabaunsee on October 14th.
