VH Student Section Riding the Roller Coaster Lead by Cayden Dummermuth

WE ARE. Every year, the student body eagerly awaits the revelation of the theme of the Valley Heights yearbook. The theme reveal is a time-honored tradition every January. The Journalism Department gathers the student body in the commons area and presents a video package revealing the theme for the yearbook.

Crafting the yearbook can be a long and strenuous task that often is very rewarding for the Journalism Staff. Taya Smith, one of the senior editors of this year's yearbook, says, “The process is a long one, but with the right staff and hard work, it can come together nicely.” The staff takes the time to approve the theme, take and insert pictures, and craft an eye-catching layout. “This year’s theme is exciting because it shows who we are as a school.” The yearbook shows how united a school district and community can be. The yearbook theme will be revealed Friday the 13th.

The Early Bird special: Now through the end of January the price is $45.

Any sales after this point will cost $50
