SNOW DAYS, When the students at Valley Heights High School think about snow days they are usually really excited and ready for a break. There were 37 students that took a survey about snow days and what they like about them. The majority of students say that when they get told that we are having a snow day they want to sleep in or read a book in bed, but there are some exceptions to that.

Robbie Stryker said, “Snow days usually mean that after the fun snow is gone the ground is going to thaw and it will be a muddy mess around the farm.” The Valley Heights school district has a big population of country kids that will be impacted by the snow especially if they live on a dirt road. Students and parents appreciate that the administration will look out for them when the weather gets bad.
