The golf team finished up their regular season this week. On Monday the team competed at Onaga. Today the team competed at Washington for Hanover's invitational. Everson Parker scored a career best 93 today.
Next week the team heads back to Washington for the TVL Tournament, followed up on the next Monday for regionals at the Western Hills Golf Club in Topeka.
Tomorrow is the day! Make sure you stop by at the FBLA Bake Sale and FFA Plant Sale taking place at the high school Ag Shop!
The Charles Steele Play Day was a smashing success!!! All the students showed a great effort and had a great attitude!! Shout out to Coach Cox and your volunteers for all your hard work!

2026 Kansas Governor's Scholar Award - Lawson Stryker!
On Tuesday the 4th graders enjoyed learning how farming and agriculture is incorporated in many jobs. We learned about different crops especially corn is an important part of our lives. A huge thank you to Bill Johnson from Kansas Corn to come speak to everyone! We enjoyed your presentation and students learned a lot about how a farmer communicates with so many people from the beginning of the crop to the end of the production.

UPDATE!! We were so excited last night when our 7th grade girls Medley relay broke the 7th grade BVL record that we missed that it was also a Valley Heights record! Their time of 2:02.55 broke the record set earlier this season by the 8th grade relay team who broke the record set 4 years ago by this year's seniors! Pictured are the new record holder's(top), the recent record holders (middle) and old record holders (bottom). Missing is Ellarie Claycamp. Go Mustangs!!
