Gameday: Valley Heights Junior High Football hosts Clifton Clyde tonight at 6:30 pm for the final game of the 2021 Season! Come cheer on the Mustangs as they go for an undefeated season!
Friday October 22nd is Senior Night. Recognition will take place at 6:45 PM in front of the grand stands. If you are a parent of a senior in football, cheer, or band we ask you to be there by 6:40 at the small west gate by the stands. See you all there! #MustangProud

We implemented pound clubs in weights this summer based off of bench, squat, and clean. These kids have been working extremely hard in the weight room and we had more in the 1st nine weeks hit new maxes making the pound club, or coming very close. Love the hard work and dedication.
