Blue Rapids Elementary will not be attending the Homecoming Parade this Friday in Waterville. The decision was made several years ago that the elementary school that is in the town that is hosting the parade will attend, the other town will not. This was due to logistical and transportation issues. Parents may call and excuse their students to attend the parade and that absence will not be counted against them.
Don’t forget! Cheer clinic sign up sheets are due Wednesday, September 14! The cheerleaders can’t wait to work with the kiddos and get them game day ready for next week!

In a downpour rain today, Hudson Nemechek competed at the Wamego Invitational CC meet. Massive props to Hudson who finished 68th out of 162 runners. The Wamego meet is one of the toughest meets in the state on one of the toughest courses in the state. Great Job Hudson!!
