A couple more Valley Heights Elementary Students received Value/Honor/Success tickets. Mrs. Williams awarded Easton one for cleaning up after others in the boy's restroom. He is always attentive at making things tidy. Mrs. Meadows acknowledged Beckett for working hard in Math class. Both are showing great leadership skills in their classrooms. Great Job!

The girls' parents served the JH girls tacos before tonight the last regular schedule game of the season. Please come out tomorrow night and watch some Jr High Volleyball agains Lucky and Blue Valley. Games will be at 4:00, 5:00, 6:00 and 7:00. Go Mustangs!

NOTICE: The Valley Heights Board of Education's Regular Meeting has been moved from 6 p.m. to 12 p.m. on October 21st at the Valley Heights District Office.

No passes will be accepted for the 2A Volleyball Regional that we are set to host on Monday, Oct. 21st. The only people admitted free of charge will be those listed on the tournament pass-gate list. Admission is set by KSHSAA at a rate of $6 for K-12 and $8 for adults.


Reminder: Marshall County Health Dept will be at the Jr/Sr High School tomorrow, Thursday, October 17, giving Flu Shots and other vaccinations from 7:30am-9:00am. See attached consent form and flyer. Additional consent forms are available in the office for students to pick up.

Fall festival!! Join us for the annual Fall Festival October 27th at 4pm at the square in Blue Rapids ( this could change upon weather). There will be activities for children and a costume contest! Hosted by KAYs and BRCAT. Following the Fall Festival, PTO is hosting a Halloween themed movie at the BR grade school. This will begin around 5:45p.
