Miss Bruna's class had a great time learning about different types of lava today. Not only are they learning about different types of volcanoes, but learning about the location of volcanoes. They are enjoying all the science projects.

Mrs. Meadows' students investigated how differences in lava types explain differences in the shape and eruption patterns among volcanoes. Students compared two different types of "lava," thin and thick. This information was used to figure out why volcanoes have different shapes and why some volcanoes explode.
