Mrs. Reinecke's class enjoyed working on their science experiment to learn about weathering and erosion. Students were able to see how rocks at the top of the mountain change as they roll to the bottom due to either ice or root wedging using sugar cubes!



Kayleigh and Zalania helped Mrs. Wetter clean up after breakfast earning them VHS tickets. Awesome job ladies!

Mrs. Meadows' class is exploring the process of weathering, including root-wedging and ice-wedging. Students used sugar cubes as a model for rocks and experimented to understand the process of weathering. This experiment demonstrated why rocks at the tops of mountains are typically jagged, while those at the base are often rounded.

To help celebrate Constitution Day, Mrs. Meadows' class zoomed in with the IKE Education Foundation to learn about our Constitution, Citizenship, and the Roles and Responsibilities of the President. Everyone received their very own Constitution Book from the IKE Foundation. To end our lesson, we wrote our very own Classroom Constitution.
