🌟 Today, on National Custodian Appreciation Day, we want to take a moment to express our gratitude to the unsung heroes of our organization - our custodians! 🧹✨
These dedicated individuals work tirelessly behind the scenes to keep our facilities clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone. Whether it's ensuring spotless classrooms, well-maintained offices, or a sparkling cafeteria, they do it all with a smile.
Let's show them some love and appreciation for their hard work and commitment to making our environment a better place. Drop a comment or leave a note of thanks to let them know how much we value their contributions!

Story by Tyler Lyhane (KSHSAA official during the Valley Heights football game vs Sacred Heart)
"Tonights football game against Salina Sacred Heart marks the 100th varsity sports contest that Valley Heights Senior Parker Winslow participated in as a student manager. Anyone who has had the opportunity to be around Parker knows that he has a high level of respect for the officials and does anything a crew needs to make a game run smoothly. You will often see him helping teams on both sides of the contest to ensure they feel welcome and are able to compete at their highest level. Tonight, Parker was recognized by being the guest for the coin toss after a short ceremony was held in his honor. Parker has told us he dreams of becoming an athletic director someday, and our crew is sure there will not be a better candidate. Good luck to you in the future, Mr. Winslow, the Mustangs, their opponents, and the officials are all sure to miss you next year." Tyler L.
