Due to the intense heat JH and HS football will be practicing in the morning this week.
JH will go from 6:30-7:30am.

Due to the extreme heat, Mustang Spirit Night tonight has been changed to an indoor event at VH gym and commons. Food and games at 6, Pep Rally at 7!

Coach Trimble grilled steaks and burgers for the football team at the Waterville City Park. Athletes that made over 85% weightroom attendance over the summer got a steak and everyone else got a burger. We have 26 boys out this year and coach had to cook up 21 steaks!

As Valley Heights kicks off the school year let's make sure we keep everyone safe! Be alert around the buses and crosswalks. When you see them, there are kids close by! Make sure everyone uses the crosswalks at the buildings to do your part so this is a safe and successful year!
