The Vally Heights Kinder-Prep students visited the Waterville Post Office, Citizens Bank, and Blue River Vet. The students learned a lot about what happens at each business and met many kind people who work in the community.

At the State Music Festival in Beloit this morning, the HS Band earned a II rating, which is designated as an "Excellent" performance and is the 2nd highest rating a band can receive. Congratulations on a successful performance!

Taya Smith, Maecyn Gunn, Dakota Gillig, and Caden Parker were the four seniors that received the Ross Fritz Scholarship this year. Taya and Maecyn were able to go to the Topeka Foundation this evening when scholarships were presented. The girls were also interviewed and will be on the 9:00 news on channel 27 or 43 tonight. Try to catch them!! Congratulations to all four of you!!
