
The Student/Community Color Run event will be tomorrow at approximately 9:45 AM, or when the talent show has concluded. The public is welcome to attend or participate. There is no registration fee! There will be a track that is 3.2 miles (5K), and a walking track approximately 1 mile in length. Students are advised to bring a change of clothing and a towel to clean up afterwards, to avoid transfer of dyes onto vehicles, busses, and other school & personal property. So, wear clothing that you won't mind getting some dye on and come out and enjoy the fun!

The JH track meet that was rescheduled for Wednesday will have a start time change. Field events will start at 12:30 and running will start at 2:00.

The JH and HS track meets scheduled for tomorrow have both been cancelled due to the expected bad weather. The JH meet at Frankfort will be made up on Wednesday 4/21 and field events will start at 12:30. The HS meet has not been rescheduled yet.

Valley Heights Kindergarten, Kinder-Prep and Preschool will be having an open house on Monday, April 26th from 5:30-7:00 pm. The teachers will be in their classrooms with information about the upcoming school year and will be available to answer any questions. You can come and go as your schedule permits and visit the classrooms your child/children will attend. All Preschool students (age 3 by September 1) will go to the Preschool building and all Kinder-Prep students (age 4 by September 1) and Kindergarten students (age 5 by September 1) will go to the Waterville Grade School Building. At 6:00 pm you can attend a grade-level presentation in your child’s respective classroom to get information on the upcoming school year. Preschool and Kinder-Prep will have new class options this fall so please come to hear about the changes and sign your child up for a class. Official enrollment papers will be completed in August. We look forward to seeing everyone on April 26th!

Due to weather conditions, the Valley Heights Jr High will not have a track meet in Washington today. We will keep you posted on possible make-up date.

National Honor Society is having a food drive this week and next. All food collected will be delivered to the BR Food Pantry. It will conclude on April 2. If possible please have your student bring non perishable food items to school and give them to their seminar teacher. The elementary students are also participating in this event. This is a great way to help our communities.
