Summer weights is officially over. Looking at the numbers, our athletes made great progress this summer. While squat, bench, and clean are great to look at, the attendance piece is even better! We thank all athletes for their hard work this summer!

Valley Heights, we are having district wide open enrollment again today, at the high school, from 8am to 7 pm. Please come enroll your students for the 21-22 school year!! Also-all Valley Heights offices will be closed Friday August 6th. We will be back Monday August 9th for any additional enrollment needs!
