Today was a great day for Valley Heights staff. We were able to build connections with the community by going on tours of the Blue Rapids Museum, Georgia Pacific plant and Sharp manufacturing. Thank you to the Blue Rapids Museum for providing the delicious lunch and thank you to all three locations for your amazing hospitality.

JH Basketball travels to Clifton-Clyde today! The girls will play in Clyde starting at 5:45 pm. The order of games will be B team and then A team. The boys will play in Clifton at 5:45 pm. Their order will be C, B, and A.

Harvesters mobile food pantry will be in Waterville on Tuesday to begin serving families in our community . Distribution begins at 10 am. First come first served.


We will host an all district pep assembly at the high school for the football team at 9:00 am on Thursday!! The community is invited! We will also be dismissing classes on Friday at 12:30 pm for travel purposes! Game time will be 6:00 pm!! The game will be hosted by Conway Springs!

Can't make tonight's sectional football matchup between Valley Heights and Medicine Lodge? Valley Heights Video Productions will be producing a live broadcast on YouTube of tonight's game. The video feed will be live at 5:30PM and the broadcast will begin just before kickoff.

At Jumpstart, the 3rd through 6th graders were super excited to see the football players and cheerleaders. It seemed at one point, the gym noise was louder than the Chiefs stadium. It's a Great Day To Be A Mustang! Go Mustangs!

Third through sixth graders join the Reader's Theater at the Blue Rapids Library Saturday (tomorrow), November 16th, at 10:00 am. See the flyer below. Enjoy!


The Mustangs take on the Medicine Lodge Indians in the Sectional round of the State Playoffs! Kickoff is set for 6 pm! This is a KSHSAA sponsored event, so admission is set at $8 for adults and $6 for K-12. Come pack the stands in support of the Mustangs!
