
Mustang Baseball drops game #1 to D. West, 10-0 in seven innings! Game #2 in 15 minutes!

Baseball and Softball are back in action vs Doniphan West! These games begin at 3:30 pm with the girls playing in BR and the boys playing in Waterville!


Thank you to everyone who came out to support our Valley Heights National Honor Society today. Thank you to the adults who volunteered their time to help ref some of our games. We could not do it without you! Here are a few pictures of our division winners.







Mustang forensics competed against some tough competition today at Hiawatha. Outside of regular events, the kids had a blast trying to find and collect more mini unicorns than other schools as a “side quest.” Here are our results:

Morning all! Just another reminder Spring Pictures are this Monday, April 7th, for 3rd through 6th grades. Individual pictures will be taken by request only. Please contact the office by 3:00 pm this afternoon if you want your student to have individual pictures taken. All students will be included and have the classroom group picture taken. It's Spring Cleaning Time! And time to fill the "care bus" with household items and cleaning products to help students and families in our VH community! Please drop off in donations in baskets at schools or banks in USD498 or contact the Family Advocate. THANK YOU!

Due to field conditions, the game baseball game scheduled with Frankfort tomorrow will now be played in Waterville at 3pm.

Sixth graders have been practicing an ancient writing system called Cuneiform of ancient Mesopotamia. They were using playdough for the clay tablets. Sample of what the clay tablet looks like along with the playdough samples. They had fun writing their names. Nice job!

One week from today will be the last VH "Say YES! to the formal dress" event. April 10, 3:30-5:pm. VH girls are invited. The focus will be on those who are seeking a dress for prom or another upcoming occasion that calls for a formal dress. There are many dresses available.
