The 3rd graders enjoyed their field trip at the Homestead National Park in Beatrice. They had fun staking their claims like it was done in the land rush of the 1800s, listening to Sarah Keys Reed share her story about traveling west with the Donner Reed party, and finally a quick nap before returning to school. Fun was had by all!
