The Lady Mustangs open up the TVL tournament at Washington today vs Axtell at 3:15 pm.

REMINDER: Harvesters Mobile Food Pantry will be serving Waterville at the WV UMC on Tuesday, Jan. 20. First Come First Served beginning by 11 am. The Care bus will be at the corner of Nebraska and Hazelwood to serve other family needs.

Charlie Warders and Julian Crook became the first Mustangs to compete in Powerlifting competition today at Royal Valley. Charlie got 5th overall in the 165lb men's division. Good luck to the HS Boys' Basketball team in the opening round of the TVL Tournament at Washington County. Gametime is set for 1:00 PM vs Blue Valley.

Fourth Graders have been receiving postcards! So far, we have heard from Florida, Georgia, Texas, Alaska, Iowa, Maine, Kansas, South Dakota, and Arizona. Please keep them coming, we love hearing from you!

Blue Rapids Elementary held its annual Spelling Bee today. Winners will be announced next week.

Valley Heights FBLA Members will be selling and delivering Valentines Grams to classrooms.

Sophomore Parents! Sophomores will be visiting Highland Community College Western Center in Baileyville, Ks on January 21st. We will be gone for lunch time, so please plan to send a lunch or money to get food in Marysville. If you have any questions about the Sophomore Visit to Highland please don't hesitate to reach out to Mrs. Gallimore.

TVL brackets have been posted. The Boys will open up competition with Blue Valley on Saturday at 1:00 pm. Girls will play on Monday at 3:15 pm.

Valley Heights Horticulture students and FFA members are creating handmade floral arrangements in class to sell for Valentine’s Day!

A limited quantity of each arrangement is available (20 of each arrangement). Orders will be filled in the order payment is received. Payment may be made by cash or check (checks payable to Valley Heights FFA).

Orders are for delivery within Valley Heights Schools only and are intended to be purchased for students and staff members.
